"A Foot Above®" is proud to be part of the Heroes Welcome scheme and is offering discounts to members of the Armed Forces. A discount against the cost of Chiropody treatments at our Beeston clinic for any serving member of the Armed Forces will be offered upon presentation of MOD90 identification. In conjunction with the launch of the Heroes Welcome initiative in Beeston on 13th May, the Mayor of Beeston will welcome the Station Commander of Chetwynd Barracks and together they will raise Beeston's new flag "Heroes Welcome". There will also be the presentation of a cheque for £2500 to the Help for Heroes charity. Businesses within Beeston have chosen to offer their support and appreciation to the nation's Armed Forces Heroes by being part of the Heroes Welcome scheme. At the launch of the Heroes Welcome scheme, representatives from the local Chetwynd Barracks, Royal British Legion, Heroes Welcome and MP Anna Soubry will be in attendance. Businesses within Beeston supporting the scheme will proudly display the Heroes Welcome window sticker. Beeston is a friendly and lively town and sits within the Borough of Broxtowe, is approximately 3 miles from Nottingham City Centre, is the first town within the East Midlands to take part in the scheme and as such, it is a great privilege for "A Foot Above®" to be part of it.
